Birthing Ball great for use during pregnancy and birth, delivered with your pool. Comes with pump and instructions for use. Soft and yet supportive. Use in a corner if unsure of stability.
Ideally use from 33 weeks for manauvering baby into the right position for birth. Rather than slouching on your sofa which makes your baby move to the back, sit on the ball to watch television, read, or use your computer.
Circling around gently moves baby in a corksrew fashion into the pelvis. During labour knee and hug the ball to relieve back strain.
Wipeable surface, burst resistant.
Never use a non-burst resistant ball for use in pregnnacy and birth. If it were to instantly deflate on puncture it could caluse serious damage to you and your baby.
All our birthing balls are 65cm and Blue in colour. 65cm is the daverage size of ball, although you can inflate or deflate slightly more if needed. If you wish to buy a ball please see out other items, delivered with your pool/stool.
